Vårt Hav Ung is a dedicated youth division within the Vårt Hav foundation, led by youth, for youth.

We give young people real influence and responsibility, and we build communities where they can learn, lead, and support one another. Here, through having influence, work experience, community, action, and genuine opportunities we shape the future we want to create.
We have our own youth board and youth employees who lead projects, recruitment, outreach, and the development of new initiatives.

Our work is based on the principles of European youth work and promotes empowerment, youth participation, democratic engagement, and active citizenship.
