Our coastline is one of the least populated in Norway.
That means our beach cleaners are incredibly valuable - and we need more people like you!

Bli en strandryddehelt!
Here's how you can contribute!
Without people like you, who contribute to something bigger than yourselves, Norway would be a poorer society. Keeping nature free from litter is one of many important societal tasks that depends on volunteer effort.
At Our Ocean Foundation, we are ready to facilitate so that you and other volunteers receive the information and equipment needed to carry out a beach clean-up. On this page, you’ll find links and information about beach clean-ups, as well as things that are useful to consider when planning your own clean-up as a private individual.
If you want to clean alone or organize your own beach clean-up, but are unsure what to consider when working in the shoreline, download our illustrated clean-up guide.
It provides clear answers to your questions and inspiration for your next clean-up.
Remember to register your clean-up action and contribute to the national statistics related to clean-up activities - see more information in the next section.
