Our work grows out of local communities in Nordland, Troms, and Finnmark - and is built on respect for nature, the people, and the rhythm of the North.
We develop projects that connect nature, people, and communities in new ways.
We know that a healthy ocean full of life is absolutely essential for the future.

OUR OCEAN FOUNDATION
The "ocean" in our name symbolizes the ties which bind us together, the flow of ideas, and the shared responsibility we have to build a better future.
We are entrepeneurs who support and build up people and communities - rooted in the north and an outlook to the entire world. We develop new ways of learning, working, and belonging, where nature, community, and vitality are interconnected.
We believe that change begins with practical measures: in collaboration, in mastery of everyday skills, and in spaces where people can have the chance to try without fear of failure, take a breath, and find direction. That is why we create spaces where youth and adults can take their next steps through work training, youth employment, contact with nature, and meaningful social connection.
We combine innovation and care. With us, you'll meet people who need a new starting point, who want to contribute, or want to help shape a future worth believing in.
This is a place for anyone who needs grounding, direction, or a sense of belonging - community for people who want to create, contribute, and feel that they matter.
